April 2007 Progress
In the summer of 2006 construction work had commenced on the new housing development.
April 2007 and work is continuing. The sales office has been added to the site and the entrance to Brook Avenue has gained two large advertising signs for the site.
An indication of the height of the new properties is now evident.
The view from the rear of wards four and five had changed forever. The windows at the rear of the wards were also changed to frosted.
Pictures of Heatherwood house and the nurses quarters, shows externally work hasn't commenced.
These pictures taken in April 2007 captured the progress on the building site.
